Our 100% compostable raw materials

Our fiber series is formed from bamboo fiber and bagasse through wet-pressed pulp molding process. These bamboo fibers come from plants that regenerate quickly,We stir the plant fiberboard evenly in the pulping system. The evenly stirred pulp is transported to each automatic forming production line through the production system, where it is dried and formed by suction and die hot pressing on the automatic machine.
This process produces a new type of 100% biodegradable material, which BPI and Din Certco laboratories proved to be 100% biodegradable and fully composted within 12 weeks. The raw materials are taken from bamboo and bagasse, and go through multiple processes such as pulping, mixing, absorbing, forming, drying, and trimming. The final product showed smoothness, softness and touch. It can replace traditional plastics to produce various products, such as disposable tableware, packaging boxes for high-quality consumer goods, inner trays, etc.

Our bamboo powder series adopts the production process of thermoforming. These materials are composed of completely degradable PLA and bamboo powder base. The performance is close to traditional PP plastics and can be completely disintegrated under 12 weeks of commercial composting conditions. Fast and flexible automatic production equipment can adapt to customers' rapid production requirements.
Thermoplastic sheets are manufactured from raw materials, including bamboo powder resins、PLA resins, colorants, and additives, depending on the specific formulation required. Raw materials are blended to exacting standards to ensure uniformity throughout the batch and consistency between batches.
Once the raw materials are blended, they are heated, pressed through an extrusion die, and drawn into a sheet through a set of rollers. While the sheet is still warm, it passes through additional roller sets to reach the desired thickness and specified surface texture. As the sheet travels down the line, it cools and is cut to size. This process ensures dimensional stability and a uniform thermoplastic sheet.
Thermoplastics are characterized by their pliability above a specific temperature, and ability to re-solidify upon cooling. This allows them to be easily shaped and molded without changing the properties of the thermoplastic material.
